Each Cruz and Graham didn’t reply to questions as they left the assembly.
All senators take an oath to manage neutral justice that states, “I solemnly swear (or affirm) that in all issues appertaining to the trial of ____, now pending, I’ll do neutral justice in response to the Structure and legal guidelines, so assist me God.”
Cruz and Graham each violated their oath to be an neutral juror. If this have been a authorized continuing, they’d be kicked off of the jury.
